Central Pennsylvania based, Mills Construction began when Mr. Paul Mills Jr. wanted to build his community. In late 2013, with just a couple hundred bucks in his pocket and a mindful of know-how and motivation, Mr. Mills began the long process of starting his own business. By February 2014, he had his first jobs lined up. With the housing growth rising in Central, PA, there's a very promising future for Mills Construction.
